Hearty Mince Pasta

Ingredients
- 550 g Mince
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Red Pepper
- .5 Cups Tomato paste
- 300 g Sour Cream optional
- 3 Cups Pasta Cooked
- .25 Cups Cheese Grated
Instructions
- precook the pasta in salted water according to directions
- In a large microwave safe pot; Cook butter and pepper and garlic until tender
- Add mince cook 5 minutes in microwave
- Add tomato paste and sour cream and cook further 2 minutes
- Add pasta and cook further 4 minutes
