Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 175 gm Butter Softened
- .25 Cups Icing Sugar
- .25 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1.5 Cups Flour
- .25 Cups Custard Powder
- Chocolate Butons To decorate
Instructions
- Cream the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla.
- Sift flour and custard powder together.
- Mix sifted ingredients into creamed mixture.
- Roll teaspoonsful of mixture into balls. Place on an oven tray
- Press chocolate buttons onto flatten.
